We export Grand Naine (G9), the standard export Cavendish, along with Robusta and Ney Poovan for regional markets. Grand Naine is the variety most international buyers specify, for its uniform finger length and travelling quality.

How are bananas packed for export?

Bananas are graded by finger length and caliber, cluster packed in ventilated cartons of 13.0 to 13.5 kg net with a polyliner, and shipped in reefer containers held at 13 to 14 degrees C.

What is the shelf life of exported bananas?

Shipped green at 75% to 80% maturity and held at 13 to 14 degrees C, our bananas carry 21 to 28 days of green life, followed by ripening at destination.

Are bananas available year-round?

Yes, bananas are available for export throughout the year from India, with peak harvests in Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra ensuring consistent supply.

What export documentation do you provide?
