Pineapples

India produces high-quality tropical pineapples that are gaining increasing traction in international markets due to their sweet flavour, high juice content, and competitive pricing. Indian pineapples are grown across various tropical states of India, offering export buyers a consistent supply of fresh fruit for retail, food service, juice manufacturing, and canning operations.

Geodhara International exports fresh, export-grade pineapples sourced through our supplier network in Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Available in Kew, a Cayenne type, and in the Queen types including Mauritius, our pineapples are harvested at the correct maturity, graded by size and weight, and packed in single-layer or multi-layer ventilated cartons to maintain fruit integrity through international transit.

We supply importers, supermarket chains, fruit wholesalers, beverage manufacturers, and distributors across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, and Africa with consistent supply, competitive pricing, and phytosanitary-compliant export documentation.

FAQs

We export Kew, a Cayenne type running 1.5 kg to 2.5 kg, and the Queen types including Mauritius at 0.8 kg to 1.3 kg. Kew suits processing and larger retail packs; Queen types are sweeter and smaller.
Pineapples are packed in corrugated cartons with crowns intact, graded by size and ripeness. All shipments are transported in reefer containers maintained at 7 - 10 C for freshness during transit.
Held at 7 to 10 degrees C under an unbroken cold chain, fresh pineapples carry 2 to 4 weeks from harvest. Below 7 degrees C the fruit browns internally, so the reefer is never set colder.
