FAQs

We export fresh green ginger, split dry ginger, and ginger powder. We can also source ginger oleoresin and ginger oil through our processing partners.
Fresh ginger holds 4 to 8 weeks at 12 to 14 degrees C; it suffers chilling injury below about 10 degrees C. Dry ginger holds 12 to 18 months stored cool and dry, and powder 12 months.
Fresh ginger is packed in 10 kg or 20 kg mesh bags or cartons and transported in reefer containers. Dry ginger is packed in PP woven bags or jute bags of 25 – 50 kg.
We provide phytosanitary certificates, certificates of origin, and fumigation certificates as required by the destination country. NABL-accredited laboratory test reports are available on request.
Indian ginger is exported to the Middle East, the United Kingdom, European Union, Southeast Asia, and various African markets. Phytosanitary requirements vary by country.
