Tomato

India is a major producer of tomatoes, cultivated across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu. Indian tomatoes are valued globally for their bright red colour, firm flesh, rich flavour, and commercial quality. They are used fresh, in processing, and in condiment manufacturing, with India serving as a key supply origin for regional and global export markets.

Geodhara International exports premium fresh tomatoes sourced from the major tomato-growing regions of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Available in hybrid and country (desi) varieties, our tomatoes are harvested at the right maturity, graded by size and colour, and packed in ventilated cartons. Each consignment is handled with care to maintain quality during transit.

We supply fresh produce importers, food processors, condiment manufacturers, supermarket chains, and food service distributors with export-grade tomatoes, competitive pricing, and complete export documentation.

FAQs

We export hybrid round, Roma and plum types, and desi (country) tomato. Long shelf life hybrids are preferred for export, for their firmness and thicker pericarp.
Tomatoes are packed in 5 kg or 10 kg ventilated cartons and transported in reefer containers maintained at 10 – 14 degrees C. Maturity at packing is calibrated for the transit duration to the destination.
Under proper refrigeration at 10 – 14 degrees C, tomatoes maintain quality for 10 to 14 days. Cold chain integrity throughout transit is critical.
We provide phytosanitary certificates, certificates of origin, and pest inspection reports. Lab test reports for pesticide residues are available on request.
Tomatoes are cultivated throughout the year across different regions of India. Peak quality and availability is from September to February. Year-round supply can be arranged with appropriate planning.
